Delivery Regions and Costs
We offer free delivery to the UK Mainland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isles, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight and the Channel Islands. If you’re outside these areas, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you/quote for shipping.
Our products are typically delivered within 10 working days, and often sooner. If we expect shipping to take any longer than this (for example in special order cases where we must source stock from Germany), we will notify you right away with the option to cancel your order should you wish to. No goods will be dispatched until payments have fully cleared.
Receipt of Goods
A signature will be required upon the receipt of goods, and this signature is acceptance that the goods have been received in full and in an undamaged condition. For this reason we ask you to check that your order is correct and undamaged as it should be before providing a signature. If someone else may be signing for goods on your behalf (for example when delivered to a work address), this person/s should be made aware of the information provided above and act accordingly.
If, after a signature has been provided, you discover that damage has occurred in transit, you must notify us immediately. It is very difficult to make a claim for goods which have already been signed for and some couriers will not accept liability.
Terms and Conditions
Order Cancellations and Returns
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so up to the point at which it has been dispatched. Should you wish to return non-faulty goods after this point, you must notify us in writing within 7 working days commencing from the day after receipt. We reserve the right to refuse the return of non-faulty goods which we have not received notice for during the 7 day period as described above.
All goods must be returned in the same condition they were received. For non-faulty goods, this condition is “as new” and must not show any evidence of fitting or use. It is your own responsibility to buy wheels in the correct size for your car and we will not accept returns for wheels which have been mounted to a car, even if those wheels have not been driven on.
To begin the returns process, please email us with the subject line “Return Request” along with the order number as shown on your invoice.
Stock and Pricing
While we endeavour to keep our pricing and stock levels up to date, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. For this reason we reserve the right to refuse orders that cannot be fulfilled or where a mistake has been made. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you immediately to offer a full refund or the option to change your original order.
